



ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Lauren, the Founder of LKM Fitness. Here's a bit about my journey:
I started my fitness journey at 17, joining a gym without knowing much about training or nutrition. I went regularly, focusing on cardio and some weight training, but it wasn’t until 18 months later that I decided to take my fitness more seriously. After gaining weight and feeling unhappy with my body, I hired a personal trainer to learn proper training and nutrition.
I quickly fell in love with weightlifting, and though I was seeing progress in strength, my diet was holding me back. I made mistakes like under-eating and overtraining as a form of punishment. Realising I needed a change, I began tracking my food, prioritising protein, and training more strategically. I trained consistently and finally saw results.
This transformation inspired me to become a coach, helping others evolve just like I did. Later, I decided to challenge myself further by entering bodybuilding, which pushed me to develop even more discipline and focus, especially with my nutrition.
My journey has been incredibly transformative, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It’s taught me the power of consistency, self-discipline, and the importance of a balanced approach to training and nutrition.
As a coach, I understand the struggles that come with feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and I’m passionate about helping others unlock their full potential. I believe that with the right mindset, guidance, and dedication, anyone can achieve their goals.
